Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>You have to speak to each other in Hindi or English&ndash; No Malayalam or other language at all.</li><li>Patient&rsquo;s care is your major priority in any kind of circumstances.</li><li>You have to carry out all instructions written in admission file e.g. administration of drugs to patient in time, recording their files, meeting their demand etc.</li><li>You have to report to RMO only in all cases regarding patient&rsquo;s problem whether it is minor or major.</li><li>You are the (Nursing staff on duty) overall incharge of ward at the time of duty and have to attend to all problems in ward.</li></ul><ul><li>MICU should look neat and tidy in each aspect.</li><li>You have to attend to all calls from patients whether it is minor or major.</li><li>You have to report to Intensivist/ RMO or N.S about the equipment out of order or drugs required as early as possible.</li><li>You have to send all blood / urine/ other samples in time to the lab in prescribed register.</li><li>You have to chart vitals in file 6hrly or as per instructions (strictly). No excuse will be given.</li><li>You have to give all instruction regarding patient&rsquo;s treatment in case of transfer of patient or discharge of patient.</li><li>You have to take regular rounds in the ward to each &amp; every patient and will ask about the problem, if any.</li></ul><ul><li>You have to dispose off plastic waste in a separate bucket provided to you at central point.</li><li>You have to dispose off glass particles (ampoules, vials etc.) in separate bucket provided to you in each room.</li><li>You have to instruct patients regarding waste disposal at the time of admission and during their stay in the hospital from time to time.</li><li>You have to give proper instructions to other sister/ brother during change of over.</li><li>You have to check daily at the time of arrival that all materials and drugs are complete and have to report to MS in case of out of stock items.</li><li>You have to carry out treatment in emergency immediately and will not wait till relatives bring the medicine. There should not be any delay in treatment of patient.</li><li>You have to be polite and gentle to all the patient. In case of any behavioral problems, you have to report to MA.</li><li>Your behaviour should be polite and cooperative towards your colleagues and patients.</li><li>You should obey your seniors and are supposed to maintain a high level of Discipline.</li><li>You should try to be available on call in Emergency.</li></ul><ul><li>You are responsible for handling all the Records as Patient&rsquo;s File, Inventory Register, Stock Register, Emergency Medicine Register and all the work &ndash; instructions of the instruments &amp; equipment&rsquo;s.</li><li>You are responsible to segregate the waste at the point of generation and dispose it off in the separate bins provided according to the Rules.</li><li>Diet &ndash; The sister or brother should know that which diet has to be given to the patient.</li><li>You are supposed to give bed to bed detailed over to next duty- staff .</li><li>You should follow the &lsquo;Quality Policy&rsquo; of the Hospital and try to put your best to attain the &lsquo;Objective and Targets&rsquo; of the Hospital.</li><li>We expect a high level of Nursing Care, daily sponging and proper instructions to all the patients.</li><li>You should be intelligent enough to raise the alarm in the emergency and inform the Doctor immediately.</li><li>Please make it sure before shifting the patient that the bed is ready. Also, simultaneously you have to fill the &lsquo;Shifting Note&rsquo;, attach one copy of it in the File and send one copy to Reception for proper Information.</li><li>Additional Responsibility for quality improvement (NABH/ NABL) to be fulfilled as &amp; when necessary</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Nursing License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
