 Excellent People management skills: Have hired, managed, fired and grown the Ops team under him/her.

 <li>
 Experienced to handle 100-200 team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in high pressure target driven roles with high volume SKUs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize - Plan, deploy resources efficiently: prioritize multiple operations in the field and know which one to focus on.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process Adherence: Ability to create processes and see to it that they are implemented across the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience on Google sheets and Word to ensure proper data records and planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have prior experience of Vendor or Operator Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conversational Fluency in Local Language.

 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to work long and odd hours. Flexible (and should have done) to be in field early morning, late nights and for long hours on field.
 </li>

 Attention to detail - doesnt miss out on small details, asks probing questions to understand underlying issues and go deeper into the problem.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conversational Fluency in English Language.

 Proven track record of operator/small business owner management and experience.

 Negotiation Skills: Should either have a great previous experience to talk about or maybe we can give him a case to understand.

 Shouldnt have second thought in getting his hands dirty, always ready to hustle and solve problems.
