Orange is seeking a meticulous and results-driven Finance Collection and Audit Supervisor to join our ICT Unit. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of ICT projects, ensuring timely invoice collection, maintaining accuracy in financial records, and supporting internal audits.

You'll work closely with our Finance and Billing teams, leveraging your analytical skills to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies, helping us maintain compliance and financial discipline across our ICT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Monitor and track ICT-related invoices to ensure timely collection and accurate reconciliation.</li>
<li>Conduct financial audits on transactions related to ICT projects and services.</li>
<li>Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in billing and financial records.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Finance and Billing teams to address invoicing issues.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of collection and audit strategies.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.</li>

Qualifications &amp; Skills:

<div>Purpose of the job

To oversee and ensure optimal performance, reliability, and quality of service for Value-Added Services (VAS) and Intelligent Network (IN) Platforms. The role involves supervising the design, monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of VAS/IN services, ensuring they meet business requirements and customer experience standards.

Duties and responsibilities
<ul><li>
Lead the VAS/IN QoS monitoring activities through the available tools and Dashboards focusing on SMS, short numbers, SDP, AIR, Orange Money, Portal and Mobile Apps.</li><li>
Monitor, analyze, recommend solutions and follow up any network related problems in VAS/IN network areas</li><li>
Provide regular KPI health check of VAS/IN network nodes.</li><li>
Perform periodic services monitoring using active testing robots to detect the problems faced by customers by simulating a similar journey across the different touch points (Portal, My Orange, Orange Money).</li><li>
Provide support to live actions for other teams to evaluate general action impact on E2E network performance, to ensure service levels are maintained and react to any problem that may occur during action.</li><li>
Proactively work on emergent QoS issues and cross-domain bottlenecks that could affect future performance. (ex: new commercial offers and promotions impacting the charging node).</li><li>
Manage the development &amp; creation of VAS/IN audit reports/dashboards for proactive monitoring and problems reporting to recommend solutions for concerned departments.</li><li>
Focus on problems/complaints concerned with high revenue domains (International, VIP, roaming).</li><li>
Manage the creation of Audit reports highlighting major problems and service interruption with causes of poor network performance to ensure having a pro-active problem-solving approach.
</li><li>Fill the gaps between the different technology teams and act as a liaison between them to reach the best E2E customer journey.</li><li>
Interface with commercial/Digital teams providing guidance &amp; directing their investments &amp; strategy regarding competition activities voice, services &amp; data identifying the areas of strength/weakness.? Identify subordinates' development needs and set personal development plan including required relevant trainings &amp; on-job coaching.</li><li>

<div>Purpose of the job

As a data engineer you'll work as s a Big Data Developer, you will be working on Data Ingestion activities to bring large volumes of data into our Big Data Lake. The candidate will play a vital role in building new data pipelines from various structured and unstructured sources into Hadoop. You will be working closely with data consumers and source owners to create the foundation for data analytics and machine learning activities.

Duties and responsibilities<ul><li>
Identifying data ingestion patterns and build framework to efficiently ingest the data to our Data Lake</li><li>
Performance tuning ingestion jobs to improve throughput</li><li>
Improving CI/CD process by automating build, test and deployment framework</li><li>
Build high-performance algorithms, prototypes, and proof of concepts</li><li>
Research opportunities for data acquisition and new uses for existing data</li><li>
Develop data set processes for data modeling, mining and production</li><li>
Integrate new data management technologies and software engineering tools into existing framework</li><li>

Prior experience in working with Hadoop technologies such as HBase, Hive, Spark is a plus

Performance tuning of Java applications and messaging technologies is a plus</li><li>
Prior experience with relational databases such as MS SQL, Oracle and DB2</li><li>
Knowledge and understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum procedures, CI/CD and Automation is required</li><li>
Ability to use containers like dockers or Kubernetes is a plus</li><li>
Ability to write SQL queries and use tools such as Hadoop, Tableau, QlikView, and other data reporting tools.</li><li>
Experience in transactional and data warehouse environments using MySQL, Hive, or other database systems. Must deeply understand joins, subqueries, window functions, etc.</li><li>
