 The role is focusing on
 
 assisting in the implementation and monitoring of IT quality assurance frameworks and contract management processes
 
 , it also ensures that IT services, projects, and vendor engagements meet
 
 regulatory, performance, and contractual standards
 
 while driving improvements in IT service quality and vendor relationships.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure IT systems and services meet
 
 compliance, security, and regulatory requirements
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report
 
 IT quality metrics, defects, and improvement recommendations
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in managing
 
 IT contract lifecycles
 
 , including drafting, reviewing, and compliance monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure vendors adhere to contractual obligations such as
 
 Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of
 
 contract renewals, amendments, and performance reports
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with procurement and legal teams to
 
 review and optimize IT contracts
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and mitigate risks related to
 
 IT quality control and vendor agreements
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with
 
 ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT, and other industry best practices
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal and external
 
 IT quality and contract audits
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with
 
 vendors, IT teams, procurement, and legal departments
 
 to manage contract execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support contract negotiations and
 
 vendor performance evaluations
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective communication of
 
 quality control standards and contract terms
 
 to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in implementing
 
 best practices for IT quality management and contract governance
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify
 
 opportunities for automation and process optimization
 
 in quality control and vendor management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop reports and dashboards to track
 
 IT service quality and contract performance
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records of
 
 quality audits, contract compliance reports, and vendor evaluations
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing reports for
 
 senior management on IT quality performance and contract effectiveness
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure contract documentation is
 
 updated and aligned with regulatory requirements
 
 .
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Minimum 5 years
 
 of experience in
 
 IT quality control, contract management, or vendor governance
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 IT service quality testing, contract lifecycle management, and SLA enforcement
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in
 
 risk assessment, financial contract analysis, and regulatory compliance
 
 .
 </li>
