 التنسيق لاجتماعات التسليم وتقديم الدعم الفني المطلوب وشرح دور كل طرف والإجراءات التي يجب اتباعها واللوائح العامة. والتقارير المطلوبة وخطة الاتصال</li><li> الإشراف على مخالفات المشاريع المنجزة من قبل المقاولين وتقديم تقرير عنها إلى الإدارة</li><li> رصد والتحكم والإبلاغ عن التقدم الشهري وإجراء تحليل التباين بناء على جدول الزمني، التحقق من الأسباب في حالات التأخير وطرح التوصيات بالإجراءات التصحيحية إذا لزم الأمر</li><li> ضمان التنسيق مع الشركاء الداخليين والخارجيين لضمان الوفاء بجميع متطلباتهم المتعلقة بتسليم المشاريع</li><li> مراجعة مشروع تحويلات الطرق، وتقديم الإدارات والفرق المعنية والترتيب الزيارات التفقدية في الموقع لفتح التحويلات</li><li> ضمان الامتثال الكامل للجودة ومواصفات المواد المعتمدة وإدارة أنشطة التفتيش والاختبارات بانتظام خلال مراحل تنفيذ المشروع</li><li> تحديد متطلبات الاتصال وسياسة المراسلات والاجتماعات الدورية والتقارير وسياسة توزيع المعلومات وخطة الاتصال ضمان الالتزام بتسليم المشروع وفقا لسياسات وعمليات إدارة المشاريع بهيئة الطرق والمواصلات</li><li> تقييم تشغيل المشاريع الكبرى ومتابعة تعليمات التعديل</li><li> تحديد مخاطر المشروع وإجراء تحليل نوعي للمخاطر وتخطيط الاستجابات للمخاطر وجمع كل المعلومات في سجل مخاطر. KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES<br>
# Monitor violations during inspection and control operations, report them and issue violations according to<br>
regulations and legislation through approved channel<br>
# Implement inspection and control operations according to the approved field visit schedule and follow up on<br>
the compliance of those concerned with the approved legislation, laws and standards<br>
# Review the circulars directed to driving education facilities and adhere to the recommendations issued by<br>
supervisors based on the internal regulations, circulars and policies in the Licensing Age<br>
# Inspect training contracts to obtain a license in driving education facilities by auditing the trainees' files from<br>
the beginning of the training process and the prescribed training fees to ensure that all institutes, centers and<br>
concerned parties are committed to the approved policies and procedures of the Roads and Transport Author<br>
# Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the job and as assigned<br>
# Adhere to all policies and procedural guides related to information security and protection in the Roads and<br>
Transport Author<br>
# Recording and issuing violations through field inspections of driving education facilities and trainers and<br>
entering them into the monitoring and inspection system<br>
# Data entry and field inspections of driving education facilities and trainers in addition to smart inspections of<br>
the smart monitoring center based on the monthly targeted indicators and adherence to the approved work<br>
schedule in the inspection system<br>
# Immediate reporting of violations related to health and safety issues and issuing violations regarding them<br>
and submitting the observed notes to supervisors to ensure the safety of training sites and prevent further<br>
damage to the Roads and Transport Authority<br>
# Recording and issuing violations from the smart monitoring center and entering their data into the monitoring<br>
and inspection system (MES)<br>
# Ensuring that theoretical lecture halls meet the approved requirements and inspect lecturers&rsquo; permits and<br>
register trainees in lecture records<br>
# Ensuring the requirements of knowledge testing halls in driving education facilities to obtain a license and the<br>
commitment of supervisors to the knowledge testing test procedures during field visit<br>
# Ensure that the surveillance cameras connected to lecture halls and knowledge testing halls in driving<br>
education facilities connected to the smart monitoring center are working without any malfunctions and<br>
submit periodic reports to supervisors in the event of a technical malfunction in the surveillance came<br>
# Inspecting Registration offices for trainees registered to apply for licenses in the Emirate of Dubai and<br>
ensuring their compliance with the approved standards, policies and procedures of the Roads and Transport<br>
Authority, in addition to auditing the permit and updating the data in the inspection system and contact<br>
information and office numbers in the MES inspection sys<br>
# Implement inspection and control operations by reviewing supporting documents and papers, the integrity of<br>
licenses and ensuring professional practices within the scope of the approved jurisdiction<br>
# Immediately report violations and transgressions related to safety procedures to the direct supervise<br>
# Educate violating entities about corrective measures and coordinate with those concerned to make the<br>
necessary amendments for subsequent follow-up in field visits<br>
# Implement field inspection operations on entities that have received complaints and immediately inform the<br>
concerned supervisor of their results to take the necessary action<br>
# Inspect driver training operations on the roads in the Emirate of Dubai or within institutes, training centers<br>
and driver training vehicles and ensure their compliance with the approved specifications and standard<br>
# Prepare field visit reports, procedures taken and necessary corrective measures and submit them to the direct<br>
supervise<br>
# inspecting and monitoring offers, discounts and advertisements related to vehicle driving education on all<br>
electronic and field sites<br>
