The firm also provides a competitive benefits package and a supportive, team-oriented environment.This is an immediate hybrid opportunity, with the flexibility to work remotely.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle bookkeeping for high-net-worth individuals in the entertainment industry</li><li>Book and reconcile investment accounts</li><li>Process high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions</li><li>Prepare multiple bank reconciliations</li><li>Perform investment reconciliations</li><li>Process payroll and manage payroll tax filings, quarterly returns, and related compliance requirements</li><li>Prepare and issue annual 1099 forms</li><li>Maintain and manage vendor relationships</li><li>Prepare clear, accurate, and complete work papers</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred; completion of accounting coursework is highly desirable</li><li>Prior experience in Entertainment Business Management or a CPA firm</li><li>Ideally 1+ years of bookkeeping experience, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, payroll, sales tax, and business licenses</li><li>AgilLink accounting software experience is required</li><li>Experience processing cash receipts, vendor invoices, payroll taxes, quarterly returns, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills</li></ul>This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional seeking long-term growth within a respected entertainment business management firm.Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) 3% Match</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Century City, CA 90067
