Job Brief
We are looking for a result-driven B2B Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
The role involves developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans.
B2B Sales Representative responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidates have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales
main duties and responsibilities include:
• Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and business directories
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business
• Present and sell company services to potential business clients
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records in a CRM system
• Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to identify opportunities for increased sales
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop strategies and materials to boost lead generation
• Provide feedback to the operation team based on client needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative or relevant role for 4 years’ as minimum
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
