Sales Manager – Full-time | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, and senior management to ensure achievement of sales targets and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports for management review.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing B2B or B2C sales operations.

Preferred

  • Experience in developing sales KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Exposure to digital sales channels and e-commerce platforms.
  • Professional certifications in Sales Management or Business Development are an advantage.
