Job Title: Project Manager

Job Purpose:
To lead and manage construction projects from the planning stage through to final handover, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications, within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining the highest levels of safety.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects across all phases.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and prevent overruns.
- Supervise site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Review and approve shop drawings and work programs.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Identify and manage project risks and propose effective solutions to technical or operational issues.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Oversee preliminary and final project handovers.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and technical standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Professional certifications such as PMP are preferred.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Good knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
