Job Vacancy – Restaurant Manager

يعلن مطعمنا عن حاجته إلى مدير مطعم ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل.
Our restaurant is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

المهام الوظيفية | Responsibilities:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمطعم.

Oversee daily restaurant operations.

• إدارة فريق العمل وتنظيم الجداول.

Manage staff and organize work schedules.

• ضمان جودة الخدمة ورضا العملاء.

Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

• متابعة المخزون والطلبات مع الموردين.

Monitor inventory and coordinate orders with suppliers.

• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ومراقبة التكاليف.

Achieve sales targets and control costs.

المتطلبات | Requirements:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة المطاعم.

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.

• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

Ability to work under pressure.

• إجادة استخدام أنظمة إدارة المطاعم.

Familiarity with restaurant management systems.

• يفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

English language proficiency is preferred.
