We’re Hiring | Business Development & Sales Lead

📍 Riyadh – Saudi Arabia


At PBS Consulting , we are looking for a Business Development & Sales Lead to drive growth, open new markets, and build strategic relationships with government entities and large organizations.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are seeking a consultative professional who understands client needs and transforms opportunities into impactful projects.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across government and private sectors

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

• Lead the full sales cycle (from prospecting to contract signing)

• Conduct client meetings and pitch presentations

• Collaborate with consulting teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals

• Negotiate and close deals

• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers

• Achieve defined quarterly and annual sales targets


Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in consultative sales or business development

• Proven experience working with government entities or large enterprises

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Solid understanding of professional services / consulting business models

• Fluency in Arabic and English

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and relationship-focused
