:Job Description
B2B Hotel booking reservation agents needed
Must have experience
Outbound & Inbound hotel reservations
Review bookings with suppliers and hotels.
Resolve cases with clients and hotels.
Follow up with travel agents for future bookings.
Update bookings with hotels confirmation number on daily bases.
Make offline booking.
Daily check on the system.
Check and reply daily emails.
Achieve department target.
Handle cases after hours
Back Office System

Job Requirements
2+ of experience in travel agencies or familiar with online suppliers
Must have Experience in B2B hotel sales
Must have an excellent command of spoken and written English
Very good communication skills
Can organize themselves very well
Real team player but also working on their own initiative
Good with deadline.
