مسئول نظام اودوو ( Odoo Administrator )

• الوصف الوظيفي : نحن شركة متخصصة في قطاع النقليات والمقاولات بالمنطقة الشرقية، نبحث عن مسؤول نظام Odoo ذو كفاءة عالية لضمان كفاءة واستمرارية عملياتنا الرقمية "يفضل أن يكون المتقدم خريج نظم معلومات محاسبية (AIS) أو نظم معلومات إدارية (MIS)"

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف الكامل على تشغيل وصيانة نظام Odoo بالشركة.
• تقديم الدعم الفني المباشر لجميع الموظفين وحل مشكلات النظام اليومية.
• إدارة وتحديث الصلاحيات للمستخدمين لضمان أمن البيانات.
• تدريب الموظفين الجدد على استخدام موديولات (الأسطول، المخازن، الرواتب، المحاسبة).
• مراقبة أداء النظام وضمان عمل النسخ الاحتياطي بشكل دوري.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة نظام Odoo.
• قدرة عالية على حل المشكلات التقنية (Troubleshooting).
• يفضل من لديه خلفية في قطاع اللوجستيك أو النقليات.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة لتبسيط الحلول التقنية للموظفين الميدانيين.
• Job Description:

We are a specialized company in the transportation and contracting sector in the Eastern Province. We are seeking a highly efficient Odoo System Administrator to ensure the efficiency and continuity of our digital operations. "Preference will be given to candidates who are graduates of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) or Management Information Systems (MIS)."

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Full supervision of the operation and maintenance of the Odoo system within the company.
• Providing direct technical support to all employees and solving daily system issues.
• Managing and updating user permissions to ensure data security.
• Training new employees on using Odoo modules (Fleet, Inventory, Payroll, and Accounting).
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring regular backups are performed.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in Odoo system administration.
• High ability in technical troubleshooting.
• Preference for candidates with a background in the logistics or transportation sector.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify technical solutions for field employees.
