Job Description:

We are looking to hire a reliable and professional Field Representative to join our legal consultancy office . The candidate will be responsible for handling outdoor tasks, visiting government departments, courts, clients, and relevant authorities, and supporting the office with administrative and document-related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit courts, government departments, notary public offices, typing centers, and other authorities as required.

Submit, collect, and follow up on documents, applications, legal notices, and official transactions.

Coordinate with office staff regarding case files, client documents, and required procedures.

Deliver and receive documents from clients, lawyers, consultants, and authorities.

Follow up on court and government-related procedures when needed.

Maintain confidentiality of all client and legal documents.

Provide daily updates to the office regarding completed and pending tasks.

Assist with general administrative and coordination duties when required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a field representative, legal messenger, PRO assistant, or similar role is preferred.

Good knowledge of UAE government departments, courts, and legal service procedures.

Ability to communicate in Arabic and English.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Professional appearance and good communication skills.

Responsible, punctual, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Ability to handle confidential documents carefully.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Abu Dhabi Courts, Dubai Courts, Notary Public, MOHRE, immigration, or other UAE government systems.

Basic computer and mobile application skills.
