2- الطبيعة العامة للوظيفة:

يتولى مهندس الموقع المدني الإشراف المباشر على تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية في مواقع المشاريع التابعة لشركة المقاولات، مع التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال طبقًا للمخططات والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة، والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة، والتنسيق مع جميع الأطراف ذات العلاقة بالمشروع.

3- المهام الوظيفية:المسؤوليات الأساسية:

• الإشراف اليومي على جميع الأعمال الإنشائية بالموقع.
• التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال طبقًا للمخططات والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة.
• التنسيق المستمر مع مدير المشروع والاستشاري والمقاولين الفرعيين.
• إعداد ورفع التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية عن تقدم الأعمال.
• متابعة البرنامج الزمني للمشروع والعمل على تلافي أي تأخير.
• حصر الكميات ومراجعة الأعمال المنفذة ومطابقتها مع جداول الكميات.
• الإشراف على استلام المواد والأعمال المنفذة بالموقع.
• التأكد من تطبيق أنظمة السلامة والصحة المهنية.
• المساهمة في حل المشكلات الفنية التي قد تظهر أثناء التنفيذ.
• متابعة أوامر التغيير وأعمال القياس والحصر.

4- المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• سنوات الخبرة: لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في شركات مقاولات.
• المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية.
• إجادة تامة لقراءة المخططات الهندسية والتنفيذية.
• إجادة استخدام AutoCAD و MS Excel.
• القدرة على إدارة فرق العمل بالموقع.
• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم عالية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وتحمل مسؤوليات الموقع.

الخبرة:

• هندسة مواقع / تنفيذ مشاريع: 5 سنوات (مطلوب)

2- Job Summary:

The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for supervising on-site construction activities for contracting projects, ensuring all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, and quality and safety standards.

3- Job Responsibilities:

Key Duties:

• Daily supervision of construction works on site.
• Ensure execution of works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Monitor project schedule and minimize delays.
• Quantity take-off and verification of executed works against BOQs.
• Supervise inspection and acceptance of materials and completed works.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in resolving technical issues during construction.
• Follow up on variation orders and site measurements.

4- Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years with contracting companies.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong site management and team leadership skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
