Responsibilities

1. Oversee and participate in daily warehouse and fleet on-site operations.

2. Plan, execute, supervise, and report on assigned operational tasks.

3. Ensure smooth workflow, adherence to safety standards, and timely task completion.

4. Act as a key liaison between frontline staff and management, fostering effective communication.

5. Support the Warehouse & Distribution Manager in external communications and coordination.

6. Provide regular updates and performance reports on site activities.

Requirements:

Languages: Proficiency in Chinese, Arabic,English.

Education: High school diploma or above.

Experience:

Previous experience in industries requiring frequent engagement with frontline labor.

Work experience in Saudi Arabia is required.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
