The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in daily warehouse and fleet on-site operations.
• Plan, execute, supervise, and report on assigned operational tasks.
• Ensure smooth workflow, adherence to safety standards, and timely task completion.
• Act as a key liaison between frontline staff and management, fostering effective communication.
• Support the Warehouse & Distribution Manager in external communications and coordination.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports on site activities.

Qualifications

• Languages: Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic.
• Nationality: Chinese.
• Education: High school diploma or above.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in industries requiring frequent engagement with frontline labor.
• Work experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
