Role Description

We are seeking passionate Teachers to join our growing team in İstanbul (European side) .

You will teach 1:1 language lessons to preschool and early primary children (aged 1,5 – 8) in their homes at various locations , using Bahar Teacher Academy’s structured materials and play-based learning approach.

This position is on-site in children’s homes.

📍 Candidates must be willing to travel to areas such as Büyükçekmece, Beylikdüzü, Küçükçekmece, Bakırköy, and nearby districts.

🕒 FULL-TIME, PART-TIME, OR HOURLY CONTRACT ROLES are available — we are flexible depending on your availability.

About you

✅ Legally permitted to work in Türkiye (must hold a valid work permit) 🇹🇷

✅ Native or genuinely native-like ( we mean it! ) proficiency in English

✅ Strong passion for teaching young learners and supporting holistic child development

✅ Excellent communication skills with both children and parents

✅ Flexibility and creativity in adapting lessons to individual needs

✅ Emotionally mature, able to prioritise work, energetic and positive

✅ Experience in 1:1 teaching preferred

✅ Owning and driving a car is a plus 🚘

✅ Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning is a plus
