The Opportunity:

LUBM is seeking highly motivated and experienced Adjunct Faculty members to deliver flexible, high-quality instruction across our global business and management programs.

We are specifically building a team of diverse, international academics and industry experts currently residing in the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman) who can bring critical regional and global perspectives to our students.

Role Responsibilities

The Adjunct Faculty member will primarily be responsible for:

  • Delivering engaging, interactive teaching sessions (predominantly online).
  • Integrating current, real-world industry applications and case studies into lectures.
  • Providing timely, constructive, and detailed feedback to students on assignments and assessments.
  • Participating in light academic support activities, including course preparation and student mentoring.

Essential Candidate Requirements

  • Academic Qualification: Minimum of a Master’s degree in the relevant teaching discipline. A Ph.D. or DBA is strongly preferred for instruction at the Master’s level.
  • Teaching & Industry Experience: Proven teaching experience in higher education OR significant professional experience (minimum 5+ years) in the relevant field.
  • Regional Residency: Must be currently based and residing in a GCC country.
  • Digital Pedagogy: Demonstrated proficiency in online teaching methodologies and using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Google Classroom, Moodle.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of the English language and strong pedagogical skills necessary for effective instruction.
