Role

Advising fund managers, institutional investors, and financial institutions on fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters. Working across a broad range of private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds. Providing strategic guidance on fundraising, governance, and compliance. Requirements

• 5 10 PQE with strong experience in funds from a leading international law firm.
• Expertise in fund structuring, investor negotiations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong technical skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent academics and training from a top tier law firm.
• Genuine commitment to living and working in Dubai.
