✓ Somatic & Specialized Settings: Delivering continuity of care for residents within regional nursing homes and local shelter networks.

✓ Universal Insurance Access: Ensuring complete care delivery by accepting all insurance networks, including full credentialing with MassHealth, Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.

Requirements & Candidate Profile

• ✓ Academic Credentials: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling (MHC), or an equivalent behavioral health discipline from an accredited graduate program.
• ✓ Licensure Track: Active Massachusetts associate credential (such as an LCSW) or a recent graduate immediately eligible to track toward independent licensure (LMHC/LICSW).
• ✓ Competency: Foundational knowledge of evidence-based modalities and a strong professional alignment with community-based behavioral health systems.
