Our Taunton outpatient facility delivers psychotherapy to complex, system-involved populations through direct institutional partnerships. Clinicians manage a diverse caseload matching their competencies, involving:
✓ Acute Care Transitions: Working in tandem with regional hospital discharge planning units to manage post-acute transition care.
✓ State Agency Referrals: Coordinating therapeutic interventions for families and individuals connected to the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
✓ Legal & Justice Systems: Providing structured, evidence-based treatment pathways for individuals navigating court-mandated mental health mandates.
✓ Somatic & Specialized Settings: Delivering continuity of care for residents within regional nursing homes and local shelter networks.
✓ Universal Insurance Access: Ensuring complete care delivery by accepting all insurance networks, including full credentialing with MassHealth, Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.
To ensure clinical efficacy and provider retention when working with diverse community health demographics, we completely fund your development from day one:
✓ Compensated System Orientation: A fully paid onboarding track detailing our Electronic Health Record (EHR) configurations, localized workflows, and compliance frameworks.
✓ Population-Specific Training: Ongoing, paid clinical training modules focused on diagnostic accuracy, risk management protocols, and evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to community-health populations.
✓ Paid Clinical Supervision: Weekly 1:1 and group supervision required for independent state licensure (LMHC or LICSW track) is built directly into your schedule.
Our multi-disciplinary care model removes the operational isolation of traditional solo practices by embedding therapists into an integrated medical apparatus:
✓ Psychiatric Coordination: In-house Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Directors handle all diagnostic medication management and complex somatic care coordination, allowing your primary daily focus to remain purely on psychotherapy.
✓ Centralized Administrative Operations: A dedicated intake, billing, and scheduling division handles all authorizations, paneling, insurance tracking, and initial client matching to protect your clinical time.
Operational Schedule: A structured hybrid workflow requiring 1 to 2 days per week onsite at our Taunton facility for high-acuity evaluations, face-to-face supervision, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The remaining days are dedicated to remote telehealth execution from your secure home office.
