Inventory & Operations Analyst (Excel-Driven)
Location: On-site - Naples, FL

We’re hiring an Inventory & Operations Analyst to support inventory accuracy, purchasing, and vendor follow-through. This is a hands-on, Excel-driven role working directly with day-to-day operations and the systems that support them.

The role will continue to evolve as processes are refined. We’re looking for someone comfortable contributing to that evolution while keeping details accurate, documented, and reliable. Observations and improvement suggestions are welcome and valued.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintain inventory and purchasing records
• Reconcile orders, receipts, and invoices using Excel
• Identify and correct discrepancies between systems, vendors, and physical inventory
• Track shortages, errors, and cost impact
• Work with vendors to resolve delivery or billing issues
• Partner with our POS provider to research and resolve system-related issues
• Keep documentation current as processes change
• Provide clear operational reporting to support decision-making

What we’re looking for

• Strong Excel skills - comfortable building formulas to find and fix what’s wrong, not just report results
• (IF / IFS, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, SUMIF / SUMIFS - reconciling two data sets is core to the role)
• Experience working with inventory, purchasing, or operational data in a hands-on role

• Familiarity with POS or ERP systems and vendor workflows
• Organized, detail-oriented, and steady with follow-through

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
