. Net Developer

Title: .Net Lead (OR) Developer [ Banking experience is required ]

Location - Kansas City, KS / Cleveland, OH / Columbus, OH

HYBRID MODEL (3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Experience Required : 12+ years

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

9 12 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

Strong experience with:

.NET Core / ASP.NET Core

C#, Web API, RESTful services

Microservices architecture

SQL Server / Oracle

Experience working in the banking domain preferably in areas such as:

Retail banking

Payments (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI)

Cards & loans

KYC, AML, compliance systems

Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services (Azure preferred).

Hands-on understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of secure coding practices.

Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.
