• Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional and dependable Armed Security Guard to provide on-site security for a medical clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of staff, patients, visitors, and property while maintaining a calm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Provide visible armed security presence throughout the facility.

• Monitor entrances, exits, and overall clinic grounds.
• Respond quickly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Control access and verify individuals entering restricted areas.
• Maintain communication with clinic staff and management.
• De-escalate situations using verbal communication and sound judgment.
• Follow all company policies, state laws, and firearms safety protocols.

• Requirements
• Valid armed security license Louisiana.
• Valid concealed carry or armed guard permit.
• Minimum 1–2 years security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Professional appearance and positive customer service attitude.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and consistent work attendance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
