*Director's credential NOT required, but experience is! Must be an EXPERT in customer service.

THIS IS A LEADERSHIP POSITION FOR SOMEONE WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE RUNNING A SCHOOL. WILL REPORT DIRECTLY TO OWNER WHO IS VERY SUPPORTIVE AND WILL INVEST IN AND HELP IMPLEMENT ALL YOUR IDEAS.

We are looking for someone either to run the school as a director, or someone to manage the front office as an administrator handling the majority of interactions with parents.

REQUIREMENTS (Candidates must meet EACH of the following):

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• MINIMUM one successful year of experience as director or school administrator (or similar role)
• Able to maintain compliance with all agencies associated with the center
• Thorough knowledge of ELC School Readiness & VPK programs (applying, billing, rules, inspections, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of DCF requirements and inspections
• Knowledge of working with DOE and Step Up scholarships
• Creating/managing staff & students files
• Know how to train and manage staff (excellent leadership skills)
• MUST BE WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE of our school at 585 E 49th St, Hialeah, FL, 33013

PREFERENCES (Preferred but not required):

• Knowledge of Procare Software
• Knowledge of Food Program
