QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent

Experience required:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales of construction chemicals, preferably Tile Bond or related products.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Tile Bond products.

* Identify and target potential clients including construction companies, contractors, dealers, and applicators.

* Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

* Conduct product training sessions for dealers, applicators, and sales staff.

* Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.

* Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Job location: Lahore + Faisalabad + Islamabad

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
