An OT Technician assists in the preparation and maintenance of the Operation Theatre to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures. Responsibilities include sterilizing instruments, setting up equipment, preparing the operating room, supporting surgeons and nurses during procedures, maintaining infection-control standards, and managing surgical supplies. The technician ensures all equipment is functional and ready, contributing to smooth workflow and patient safety.
