1- MARINE & Diving (Offshore U.A.E)

  • Title: 1- MARINE ADVISOR / CLIENT MARINE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.

  • Qualification: Master Mariner (Class I)

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of offshore experience including Lift Boats, JUBs, Rigs, PSV, AHTS, DP Vessels, and Heavy Lift operations.

- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of QP / ADNOC marine standards such as SIMO, ASMV, ASMC, and JUIMS.

  • Responsibilities:

- Act as Marine Advisor / Client Marine Representative for offshore operations.
- Conduct vessel inspections and contractor audits.
- Lead incident investigations.
- Witness and oversee marine operations.

  • Skills: Strong English communication & professional report writing.
  • Title: 2- MARINE INSPECTOR / MARINE SPECIALIST (OFFSHORE)
  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Middle East).
  • Qualification:

- Master Mariner – Class I (Unlimited).
- Experience: 10+ years of marine & offshore experience covering deep-sea tankers, offshore vessels, DSVs, Jack-Ups, and Rigs.
- Certifications: Accredited OVID Inspector with DP Trials experience.

  • Responsibilities:

- Conduct offshore rig, vessel, and HSE inspections for Supply Vessels, AHTS, DP Vessels, Jack-Up Barges, and Rigs.
- Act as Owner Offshore Representative during marine operations.
- Verify compliance with offshore marine and HSE standards.
- Witness and conduct Pre-Charter / DP trials, vessel audits, and inspections.
- Perform OVID inspections for offshore oil & gas vessels.

  • Skills: Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Title: 3- DIVING SUPERVISOR / SPECIALIST
  • Qualification:

- IMCA Supervisor Ticket with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Diving Supervisor.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in inspections, maintenance, and construction after obtaining the IMCA Supervisor Ticket.
- Certifications: HSE certification (NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH) is mandatory.

  • Requirements:

- Competent in diving equipment inspection and audits.
- For Diving Spread Inspector: IMCA-accredited Diving System Inspector (Surface-Oriented System) certification required.

  • Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with ADNOC diving standards and international safety standards.
- Review diving CVs and verify personnel qualifications.
- Inspect diving spread and equipment.
- Maintain and submit reports in accordance with ADNOC regulations.

  • Skills: High standard of technical English & professional report writing.
