Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to nurture and educate children aged one year old. Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, including motor skills, language acquisition, and social interaction.
- Provide attentive care to one-year-old children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor each child's progress and communicate observations with parents and team members regularly.
- Support children with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other daily routines in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized care plans for children with special needs or disabilities.
- Follow all licensing regulations and health guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant childcare setting.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers.
- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills to foster positive behavior and social skills.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively.
- Ability to handle caregiving tasks such as diapering, feeding, and supervising playtime responsibly.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
