Responsibilities

• The position location is in Clermont, Ohio.
• Need care of 10 hours per week.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding when necessary, and ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in living spaces at home and in community
• Help with wheel chair usage, help teach young adult how to use walker
• Document care activities accurately, update care plans regularly, and communicate effectively with team members and family about young adult needs
• Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental health, dignity, and independence

Requirements

• Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, home health, or community care settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques, dementia or Alzheimer’s care, and working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is advantageous
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training or hospice care experience are a plus. Nirvana Services assists you in getting all training.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work flexible hours within the 10-hour shift schedule
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward residents’ diverse needs
• Experience in cleaning, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting residents’ social engagement activities

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
