We are looking for a motivated, high-energy recruiter who can find, quality, and onboard OTR Owner Operators across the United States.
This is not a typical recruiting job.
You won't be recruiting local warehouse workers or filling entry-level positions. You will be working directly with professional truck owners running Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Power Only operations throughout the lower 48 states.
If you enjoy sales, recruiting, building relationships, and closing deals, with position can be extremely rewarding.
What You'll Do
Source and recruit Owner Operators throughout the United States
Speak with truck owners by phone, text, email, social media, and recruiting platforms
Explain our programs and opportunities in a way that get drivers excited
Build relationships and earn trust
Guide drivers through the entire recruiting process
Assist with applications, documentation, and onboarding requirements
Follow up consistently until the driver is fully approved
Hand off newly onboarded drivers to our dispatch team
Stay in touch with drivers and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition
Maintain accurate recruiting notes and pipeline tracking
Help improve recruiting systems and processes
What We're Looking For

Able to work independently without constant supervision
Comfortable suing technology and online recruiting platforms

Experience in any of the following is a plus:
Trucking industry
Transportation recruiting
Freight brokerage
Logistics

Compensation
Competitive base pay plus performance incentives.
Top performers will have the opportunity to earn significant revenue streams based on successful onboardings and fleet growth.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $322,000.00 per year
