Job Overview
The Plant Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, prioritizing, and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure high equipment reliability and minimal production downtime. This role coordinates closely with Maintenance, Production, and Stores to prepare detailed job plans, determine material requirements, maintain accurate CMMS data, and support continuous improvement initiatives in plant reliability and maintenance efficiency.
Qualifications
BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related maintenance planning or maintenance coordination role.
Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
Experience working with CMMS systems for planning, scheduling, and data entry.
Ability to prepare job plans, estimate resources, and determine material and tool requirements.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good understanding of plant equipment, maintenance practices, and reliability principles.
