1099 Cabin Cleaning- Independent Contractor

We are a growing vacation rental cleaning company seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. This position services short-term rental properties in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so travel to these areas is required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental homes between guest stays
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure high standards
• Restock and supply toiletries and essential items for guests
• Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and staged properly

Requirements:

• Must be able to travel to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg consistently
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict turnaround times. Check out is at 10am and check in is at 4pm
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must carry valid business insurance and any required licensing
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Prior cleaning experience preferred (but not required with the right work ethic)

Position Details:

• 1099 Independent Contractor (not an employee)
• Pay per job (competitive rates based on property size)
• Flexible schedule, but must be available for turnovers (including weekends)

Pay: $21.92 - $40.00 per hour
