1099 Independent Contractor / Medical Courier (Monday-Friday)

Overview: A local courier company is seeking a reliable Independent Contractor/Medical Courier to deliver medical supplies for a reputable healthcare provider. This role requires timely and accurate deliveries, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently, must be reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver medical supplies to designated locations.
• Load and unload small coolers and medical totes
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.
• Navigate routes efficiently, following safety regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Document deliveries and report any issues.

Qualifications:

• Availability: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
• Reliable transportation ( SUV, Mini Van)
• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.
• Must have a smartphone with GPS
• Punctual, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be willing to obtain UBI #, HIPAA, and Blood-Borne Pathogen certifications (information provided).
• Background check required.

Preferred:

• Experience in medical courier or route delivery.
• Close Proximity to Renton, WA.

Compensation:

• 1099 Independent Contractor position.
• Contractors cover their own vehicle, fuel, tolls, maintenance, and taxes.
• 55 miles driven per day.
