Local & Long-Distance 1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity

BranMor Medical Services LLC is seeking professional Independent Contractors (1099) for flexible scheduled and routed courier opportunities originating in Dallas, Texas, with service coverage throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding regions. This opportunity offers weekly settlements, consistent delivery opportunities, and long-term growth potential.

Vehicle Requirements

Contractors must provide their own vehicle. Accepted vehicle types include:

• Cargo Van / Sprinter Van (preferred for higher-volume routes)
• Box Truck

Vehicles must be owned, leased, or rented in the contractor’s name and maintained in safe operating condition.

Preferred Certifications

• HIPAA Certification
• Bloodborne Pathogen Certification
• TWIC Card (optional at onboarding; may be required for some accounts)
• TSA Certified (If applicable)

Contractor Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Speak fluent English
• Have an active LLC or Incorporated business & EIN
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Pass background, Drug test, and MVR checks
• Maintain current registration and commercial insurance
• Own a smartphone for dispatching and tracking
• Be able to lift up to 50 – 100 lbs
• Meet client safety and compliance standards

Prior courier, logistics, medical delivery, or transportation experience is preferred.

Onboarding Timeline

• Resume review: approximately 1 week
• Compliance verification & contracting: 5–10 business days
• Route assignment based on availability and operational fit

Compensation

Additional Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with medical, pharmaceutical, routed, STAT, or time-sensitive deliveries

Compliance Requirements
