1099 Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver (MUST HAVE OWN 2019 OR NEWER VEHICLE)

THE TOTAL PROCESS FOR THIS POSTION (TO START) CAN TAKE 2-4 WEEKS depending on how motivated you are to get this done and started and following through with everything that is required. Overview of pay and bonuses is listed at the bottom. ADDITIONAL Bonuses can be talked about once all is submitted to begin the process.

TO BEGIN:

We will need:

Copy of Drivers License To Submit into the state

Social Security # To Submit into the state

Backround Fee To Submit into the state. (Unless you want a link for easier processing through a venmo link. We'll do that part for you)

AFTER you Submit Drivers License, and social Security, and you are approved, then We will need you to go and get your fingerprints completed.

AFTER YOUR FINGER PRINTS are completed... You will then Need:

Copy of DOT Card (or you will need to get one)

Copy of Drivers Record from the DMV (You can go to your local DMV for your driving Record)

A recent (One Week ago) Drug Test. Cannabis Medical Cards or any THC in your system will automatically disqualify you.

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and goods to various locations while ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle different types of vehicles, including buses, vans, and limousines.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles, including buses, and vans, while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking.
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes in plans.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper functioning before each trip.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents promptly to management.

Experience

• Previous experience in passenger transportation (STS) but not required as you will be trained or retrained regardless.
• Experience in school bus driving or paratransit services is a plus.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safe practices and strapping in wheel chairs is beneficial
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with passengers and coordinating with team members.
• A valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated is required.

OVERVIEW OF PAY AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

10-99 contractor Driver position for non emergency medical transportation

Must complete a backround study (backround check) through the state of Minnesota and get finger prints. The state of Minnesota charges $45 for a complete backround study and $11 for finger prints.

Must have extremely clean driving record, especially no recent speeding tags or driving violations.

Must pass backround check in order to get reimbursed

Must pass drug testing

Must have DOT card

Must pass drug testing even

Must insure your own vehicle with notice of cancelation issued to us if you cancel your insurance if you decide to use your own vehicle. Vehicle MUST pass DOT INSPECTION CERTIFIED THROUGH THE STATE. Vehicle must be no older than 6 year and MUST be maintained CLEAN at all times. Vehicle cannot smell like smoke and no vaping is allowed in the vehicle.

The Backround check can be paid through the state of Minnesota or we can send you a venmo link to submit the $45 payment. Fingerprints need to be done at IDENTGO and cost approximately $11.
