Job Overview
Are you a reliable, customer-focused individual with a passion for being on the road? In this role, using your own vehicle you will be responsible for transporting small e-commerce packages efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. As an independent contractor, you will begin your route from the MONTGOMERY warehouse, and you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Job pay is $1.50 per stop.

NOTE: Please note, there is a two-week hold on all payments. This means compensation will be held for the first two weeks and then paid out weekly thereafter. This hold allows time for proper processing and reconciliation of work completed. FIRST PAYCHECK IS PAID OUT IN THE THIRD WEEK AND WEEKLY THEREAFTER.

Responsibilities

• Using your own vehicle load and unload e-commerce packages from the vehicle, ensuring safe handling of items.
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and drop-offs, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any issues encountered.
• Assist with moving items as needed, ensuring proper handling and care.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Car, SUV or Mini Van
• Monday-Friday and MUST WORK every other weekend
• Morning Shifts
• 7 am load out time

Requirements

• Proven experience in route driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in warehouse operations or courier services is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation for personal use is required to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Must work two weekends a month
