Grandfather Golf & Country Club, a prestigious golf and country club located in Linville, NC, is seeking servers/bartenders who are positive, outing, passionate and hardworking to join our team. Our Food and Beverage operation is critical to our success and our team members have a tremendous impact on our members dining experience. The 10th Tee is where our golfers and other members and guests enjoy a casual meal.

Requirements

• Requires a patient and stable work style
• One must enjoy a repetitive routine
• Member service-oriented

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic bartending preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry trays, glassware, bottles, and service items up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy dining environment
