Adjunct Faculty in Business Law Job Description
The School of Business at AURAK (an AACSB Accredited School) invites applications for a full time Assistant/Associate Professor in Business Law for Fall Semester 2026. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, conduct high quality research, and contribute to departmental and university service. Reporting to the Department Chair, the role supports program development, AACSB accreditation efforts, and the University's mission of advancing research and community engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate Business Law courses.
- Supervise student research projects, capstones, and theses.
- Advise and mentor students on academic and career development.
- Conduct, publish, and present research that supports AACSB accreditation and advances the field of Business Law.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with industry, professional associations, and alumni to enhance teaching and graduate employability.
- Participate in community outreach and University wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications And Skills
- PhD in Business Law or related specialization from an accredited university.
- Strong research and publication record supporting AACSB accreditation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Commitment to high quality teaching and scholarly engagement.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse students and collaborate across disciplines.
- Familiarity with professional accreditation standards and processes.
