1:1 Private Duty Home Care Nurse RN / LPN

Seeking Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for a male Client who lives in Newtown Square.

This case requires nurses who can work WEEK DAYS with this Client from 7am-7pm and some Sundays.

Client is quadriplegic, has a trach and vent. The vent is only used at night.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide Nursing care
• Companionship
• Assistance with ADL's and IADL's
• Provide professional nursing assessment and report any changes in status to Supervisor
• Provide a continuous quality standard of care to each Client
• Medication administration/reminders
• Monitor Client progress
• Adhere to home care regulations
