12V Mobile Installation Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 12V Mobile Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining 12-volt electrical systems in a variety of Fleet vehicles, including trailers, trucks, and specialty vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets safety standards and customer specifications while delivering exceptional service. Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair 12V electrical systems in mobile vehicles using a variety of hand tools and power tools
• Conduct vehicle inspections to assess existing electrical setups and determine installation requirements
• Perform vehicle maintenance tasks related to electrical components, ensuring optimal performance
• Use mechanical knowledge to modify or upgrade vehicle wiring, lighting, audio systems, and other electronic accessories
• Handle heavy lifting of vehicle parts and equipment safely during installations or repairs
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and procedures followed
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Experience in 12/24v electronics, but will train right candidate
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installations or repairs
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in electrical system troubleshooting
• Prior experience working with automotive electrical systems or auto restoration projects is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $200.00 - $450.00 per day
