1300 Assembly Technician
Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our high-performing 1300 Department. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on cabinetry or woodworking experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work with precision tools and a supportive team to assemble cabinets that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do

Assemble cabinet components using precision tools and industry-standard equipment.

Inspect parts for quality, identify any surface or coating defects, and determine appropriate repair or rework steps.

Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.

Collaborate with team members across your department to support production flow and improve overall assembly quality.

Maintain tools, equipment, and your work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and product integrity.

Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.

Assist other areas or departments as needed to support overall production goals.

What You Bring

Prior assembly experience, ideally in cabinetry, furniture, or a manufacturing setting, is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Comfortable reading production schedules and job paperwork.

Familiar with basic measurements and able to use a tape measure accurately.

Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.

Ability to safely use hand and power tools to assemble cabinet components and hardware.

A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
