Our Impact
As a Collaboration Account Executive, you will drive business growth by delivering Cisco's Collaboration portfolio to new and existing customers. You will expand Cisco's footprint in the market, orchestrating resources and establishing relationships with key decision-makers. Your actions will directly influence customer success and Cisco's leadership in cloud collaboration experiences. You will help develop future offerings by providing feedback from customers, ensuring Cisco remains at the lead of technology.
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end sales of Cisco Collaboration solutions across a diverse customer base.
Establish and maintain relationships with IT, executive, and business stakeholders.
Develop and present compelling reasons to drive adoption of Cisco solutions.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Turkey and Central Asia market, identifying new growth opportunities and market penetration tactics.
Regularly report on market insights, business development strategy execution, and financial performance to business leaders, demonstrating clear impact and driving strategic decisions.
Partner with technical teams to align solutions with customer business outcomes.
Gather customer insights to recommend product improvements and future offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the collaboration solutions domain (including on-premises, UCaaS, and CCaaS) for Employee Experience and Customer Experience.
- Demonstrated experience handling sales cycles and achieving quota in the Turkey and Central Asia market
- Proficiency in both Turkish and English (written and verbal) is a must, Russian language proficiency is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Profound expertise with on-premises, hybrid, and cloud collaboration solutions, including a deep understanding of their strategic positioning, technical dependencies, and deployment best practices
- Strong understanding of how Cisco collaboration solutions drive Employee Experience (EX) and Customer Experience (CX) outcomes, leveraging tightly integrated software and hardware offerings
- Experience with"as a Servic" (XaaS) and subscription sales models/offers.
- Ability to handle complex sales processes involving multiple customers, vendors, and partners/SI.
- Proven ability to understand market dynamics, formulate strategic business development plans, and drive their execution to achieve significant business growth.
- Experience working with channel partners and building ecosystem relationships
- Knowledge& exposure of cloud collaboration trends and competitive landscape
- Track record of providing actionable feedback for product development
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience or relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration)
