$18-$21/hour for CNA / PCA / HHA - Must Drive - Part Time and Full Time

Caring Companions cares for Seniors and Veteran's all throughout Connecticut and parts of Massachusetts. So, whether you live in Hartford County, Litchfield County, Tolland County, Fairfield County or New Haven County, we have a position for you. We try to keep caregiver's assignments within 20 minutes from their home.

Hours:

We will build a schedule that works around your availability.

We are seeking Per Diem, Part Time, Full Time, Weekday and Weekend Caregviers to join our team!

Earnings:

$18-$21/hour based off experience and assignment

Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental well-being.
• Medication Reminders.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in home care, rehab or assisted living environments required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely, with a maximum weight of 30lbs.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Background check and references required.
