18th Edition Qualified Electrician

Remark Group has a vacancy for an 18th edition qualified electrician, with a minimum of 5 years post apprenticeship experience, and network infrastructure experience (desirable), to join our existing team of highly motivated engineers. As part of the team, you will report directly to the department manager.

You will receive a competitive salary, dependent on experience, with 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), continuous training, use of a company vehicle and phone, along with the opportunity to join a growing business with opportunities for progression.

You must hold a full current UK driving license and live within an hour of the PE2 9FT area.

• Undertake commercial and industrial electrical installations
• Be competent in the installation of SWA and PVC singles
• Be competent in the installation of tray and basket work
• Complete testing and inspection of works where required
• Liaise with customer personnel to maintain good working relationship
• Maintain a high quality of workmanship to Remark Group’s standards
• Keep the department manager up to date on a regular basis of the projects progress and report any problem areas

• Full driving license held for 12 months
• Minimum of 5 years experience post-apprenticeship
• 18th Edition qualified
• An understanding of health and safety in the workplace
• Be able to work on your own, or as part of a team
• Be able to present yourself in a manner that represents the company
• Be willing to travel and stay away from time to time
• Network infrastructure experience – desirable
• Hold a testing and verification qualification – desirable, but not essential
