Job Summary

Teachers are funded for 187 days of service.

We are seeking an energetic and experienced PRE-K Auxiliary Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

Responsibilities

Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum
Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
Communicate with parents and other school personnel
Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications

Must have one of the following:

Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
Must have 9 hours of Early Childhood Education College Coursework; or a Preschool Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential through Council of Professional Recognition; or an Early Childhood Education Associate Degree; or

Associate Degree Child Development
