1st Legal Foreclosure Attorney

Kahane & Associates, P.A., a premiere consumer finance litigation law firm is conducting a search for an experienced 1st legal foreclosure attorney. The ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years of concentrated experience in handling aspects of a foreclosure practice but mainly experience in reviewing complaints. Compensation is commensurate with experience and we provide a comprehensive benefits package.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be required to prepare, review and approve complaints, pleadings and may be required to attend hearings and mediations.

Education, training and experience:

Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks while working in a fast paced environment.
Must be a team player and possess a willingness to adapt to change.

This position requires experience of the 1st legal foreclosure stage.
