AdvisaCare is seeking reliable, dedicated, and hard-working Home Health Aides / Certified Nursing Assistants to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in Elkhart, Indiana . If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need - strive to offer the right care customized to each individual, all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs - YOU'RE THE ONE we're looking for!!

• 12-hour shifts every other weekend availability
  
  

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
