Housekeeper – Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living

$15–$19 per hour (based on experience)

Anna Maria of Aurora is hiring a Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our skilled nursing and assisted living community. Our campus has been family owned and operated for over 60 years and is located on a beautiful wooded campus in Aurora, Ohio.

At Anna Maria of Aurora, our housekeeping team plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a high-quality healthcare environment.

Long-term care, nursing home, or healthcare housekeeping experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Schedule

This is a full-time position scheduled 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, four days per week, and includes an every other weekend rotation.

Housekeeping Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the facility

• Follow assigned housekeeping schedules and daily work assignments

• Clean resident rooms, hallways, common areas, and recreational spaces

• Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing staff when performing routine cleaning

• Ensure assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manner

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department

• Follow all Anna Maria of Aurora policies and procedures

Qualifications for Housekeeping

• Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience preferred

• Healthcare, skilled nursing facility, or long-term care experience strongly preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks

• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety conscious
