1st Shift - Light Manufacturing - Assembly - Shipping

Spa cover manufacturing company located in Mason is hiring for full-time, first shift positions. Ideal candidate is:

We are looking for people that are willing to WORK HARD and want to MAKE MONEY. Our performance pay model rewards people that produce high-quality work at a consistently brisk pace.

Starting pay is $17 per hour. Raises are based upon attendance and performance. Performance pay allows our manufacturing positions to earn upwards of $28+/hour. We offer paid on-the-job training, competitive pay, paid vacation and holidays.

We are hiring for the following positions:

Spa Cover Assembly and Quality Control

Primary job responsibilities include assembly of spa cover and final quality control check. This operator typically works on 35-50 covers per 8 hour shift allowing for a steady, non-repetitive pace. This position requires ability to maintain production levels consistent with established standards and be motivated to maximize your compensation in a performance pay environment.

Heat-Sealing Machine Operator

Primary job responsibilities include operation of computer-controlled heat sealer which is used to wrap the foam that serves the core for our spa covers inside of a vapor barrier. This operator typically works on 35-50 covers per 8 hour shift allowing for a steady, non-repetitive pace.

CNC Foam Cutter Operator

Primary job responsibilities include operation of CNC foam hot wire cutter. Attention to detail is required, in addition to ability to read a tape measure. This operator typically works on 35-50 foam sets per 8 hour shift allowing for a steady, non-repetitive pace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
